He is responsible for managing all phases of project development—from initial planning and feasibility assessment to execution, procurement coordination, and post-completion follow-up. Robert ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. He collaborates closely with contractors, lenders, engineers, and government agencies, leveraging his technical expertise and cultural awareness to create win-win solutions and navigate complex challenges efficiently.

Robert brings over 40 years of international experience in infrastructure development, project management, and trade finance. With a Civil Engineering background, he combines deep technical knowledge with strategic problem-solving to guide capital-intensive projects across the Middle East, Latin America, and the U.S. Fluent in Arabic and four additional languages, Robert is uniquely positioned to bridge cultural, technical, and financial aspects of large infrastructure initiatives.

He has held senior roles at Harza Engineering, US Filter (Vivendi), Envirotech Engineering, and ENGIE (GDF SUEZ), where he managed U.S. EXIM Bank and other ECA-backed projects valued up to $750 million. His expertise spans water treatment, power generation, industrial construction, and export financing, making him a trusted advisor to governments, financial institutions, and private sector partners.
