Ryan Changcoco is a strategic advisor and operational leader with extensive experience guiding companies through growth and operational optimization. As Partner and VP of Operations and Strategy at Amberhill Global Solutions, he focuses on client engagement, helping international organizations assess their business circumstances, determine program eligibility, and develop tailored strategies to access U.S.-origin goods and government-backed financing. Ryan works closely with clients to outline actionable steps, maximize cost savings, mitigate risks, and ensure projects progress smoothly from planning to execution.

In addition to his role at Amberhill, Ryan serves as Board Chair of 4Star Guidance and General Partner at Anchorage Pointe Ventures, where he actively invests in and supports early-stage companies. He is also the Founder of Changcoco Consulting Group, a strategic advisory firm serving startups, nonprofits, and high-growth businesses across healthcare, technology, and education.

Previously, Ryan held senior leadership positions, including CEO of CSurgeries and The Physician's Edge Group, VP of Investor Relations at Life365, and Managing Director at Craftsman Capital. He also served as Head of Product Strategy at ATD, driving digital marketing and product innovation initiatives across multiple sectors.

Ryan is recognized for helping startups raise Seed and Series A capital, advising executive teams on go-to-market strategies, and developing scalable operational frameworks. He has collaborated with organizations such as The Senior Executives Association and Oji Life Lab, and continues to serve as a trusted advisor and investor.
